You told theres an autorestart every 60 minutes,maby you can make a timer what announces everyone to logout before it reaches 1 hour,the timer maby should pop-up at 57 minutes? [Auto server restart -3:00]and the time starts ticking.so players can see when it restarts,its pretty gay to type ::players every minute,and than players dont have anything to say against you that server crashes or whatever,so every restart,downtime and stuff should be announced with a (server update,restart and all) you get the point yourself.
